Pete the Cat to appear at Read Aloud family fun fest May 16

Read Aloud Delaware will host a free family fun festival from 4 to 6 p.m., Thursday, May 16, at Cupola Park, located off North Morris Street in Millsboro.
Activities will include face painting, balloon twisting and a magic show. Children also will be able to participate in a book walk and book character bingo.
Popular children’s book character Pete the Cat will join in the fun with a visit to the festival.
Food will be available for purchase at the Tipsy Flamingo and Kona Ice food trucks.
