Consciousness and healing sessions set at HeartWish April 7

March 28, 2024

HeartWish Healing Center will host a workshop followed by a healing circle with Andrew Schubauer, an empowerment and fulfillment coach, Sunday, April 7, at 301 Rehoboth Ave, Suite G, Rehoboth Beach.

During the workshop set for 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Schubauer will explore the different levels of awareness and consciousness available to people every day and how they impact their lives.

“Have you ever considered the positive benefits of conscious awareness in your life? Are you interested in discovering how the levels of awareness and consciousness affect you? Perhaps you are seeking simple, practical shifts you can make to experience greater joy and fulfillment in your life. If any of these sound like you, then this workshop is for you,” said Schubauer.

Through a series of guided meditative processes, participants will be able to experience the power and/or limitations of each level and the impact it can have on energy, thoughts and emotions.

“As consciousness and community go hand in hand, all participants will also be offered an opportunity to discuss their experiences post-meditation so that we may experience the shared wisdom of those around us. Due to the vulnerable and emotional nature of this workshop, it is important to enter this workshop with a mindset of openness, compassion and non-judgmental acceptance (that goes for yourself as well),” he said.

To register, email nisempowerment@gmail.com or call 315-383-5495.

Schubauer has signed the Seek Safely pledge, a commitment to creating safe self-discovery and growth. For more information, go to seeksafely.orgnisempowerment.com and heartwishmassage.com.

Following the workshop, a Ho’oponopono healing circle will be held from 12 to 12:30 p.m. This session is donation-based. Ho’oponopono is a compassionate response to feelings of failure and guilt, as well as various stressors people place on themselves every day.

Through acknowledgment, acceptance, forgiveness and loving response, Ho’oponopono creates the space necessary for participants to heal and release themselves from toxic judgments. This practice is deeply rooted in the belief that as individuals heal themselves, they gift others the opportunity to heal as well. In the shared energy of community members and Schubauer, attendees can reflect and release the tensions and judgments in their lives.
