Keller Williams Realty names 2024 Agent Leadership Council

March 27, 2024

Unlike traditional real estate companies in which a singular corporate office or broker owner makes all company-wide decisions, Keller Williams gives decision-making opportunities to the agents doing business. The Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council is made up of the top 20% of agents within the market center.

For 2024, the ALC members are: Russell Griffin of The Griffin Higgins Team in Seaford, Shonda Kelly of Revolution Group in Milford, Steve Alexander of Surf on Home Team in Bethany, Steve Gilbert of Bethany Beach Home Rentals, Bill Brown of Bright Home Group in Delmar, Logan Burke of the Bethany Beach office, Matt Lunden of Lunden Group in Rehoboth Beach, and Renee Edge and Erin Lee of the Rehoboth Beach office. This dynamic group is actively involved in leadership decisions for the market center. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. Using input from these agents, each office can tailor its strategies to thrive in all stages of the market.

“I am very proud of this year’s ALC,” said Mary Niles Dayton, team leader of Keller Williams Realty, Delaware Beaches. “With their diverse background in real estate and business acumen, along with their true passion for assisting agents, they will ensure that Keller Williams is the best place to run a real estate company.”

The ALC members meet at least once per month and make major decisions in conjunction with the team leader. Each ALC member chairs committees throughout the year. These committees help with certain aspects of the market center, including planning budgets, assisting in career development and focusing on the luxury division of the market center.

Keller Williams promotes an agent-centric business model that focuses on cutting-edge training, profit sharing and wealth-building opportunities. Associates at Keller Williams are equipped with the tools to provide the best service their clients deserve.
