Suzanne Marie Zeltman, devout Catholic

Suzanne Marie Zeltman, 67, of Lewes, passed away Friday Dec. 8, 2023, after a five-week bout with brain cancer, with her fiancé, Larry Seveland, at her side. She is predeceased by her parents, Marquerite (Peggy) and Charles Zeltman.

Suzanne resided in N.E. Philadelphia until her retirement in 2016, then moved to her summer home in Lewes. Suzanne was a kind-hearted woman touching the lives of all who knew her.  She was always ready to listen and offer support to her family and friends. Suzanne enjoyed life to its fullest. She loved gardening, flowers, the beach, swimming, crabbing, camping, traveling, The Beatles and Elvis, and her M&M collection. Not forgetting her flea markets with her mom, she loved talking to the people there more than selling. Suzanne was a devoted partner to her fiancé and best friend Larry for many years. She was a devoted Catholic girl, attending St. Jude the Apostle Church in Lewes.

Family and friends are invited to attend her service Friday, April 5. The chapel doors will open at 9:30 a.m. The Mass will be from 10 to 11 a.m., at the Maternity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church chapel, 9220 Old Bustleton Ave., Philadelphia, Pa. The chapel is on the lower lot of the church grounds. A Celebration of Life and luncheon will follow from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at Cottage Green, 9001 Ashton Road, Philadelphia, Pa.
