Sandy and Carl Barr celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary on Friday, June 8th with a surprise vow renewal ceremony held at the Baywood Country Club. It was officiated by Rev. Charles Marshall of Conley's Chapel Church.

Joe Ribinsky stood up as best man for the unsuspecting groom, Carl. The event included their daughters, Melissa Wilkins, maid of honor, Johnna Crum, bridesmaid and son-in-laws, Jay Wilkins and Richard Crum as groomsmen. Erin Williams sang "You're Still The One" as grandson Chase Atkins escorted Sandy down the isle. Granddaughter Chelsea Gibbons attended the guestbook. Jay Wilkins and Erin Williams sang "When I Say I Do" during the ceremony, as friends and family looked on.
