Jessicah Springfield Peters and Franklin Oliver Clark Van Horn were united in marriage on March 29, 2008. Among the wedding party were the bride's parents, Pamela Peters and Gary Hofmann, and George Peters and Barbara Eppolite; the bride's son, Jarrin Peters; the groom's parents, Thomas and Barbara Van Horn; the maid of honor, Kristel Park and the best man, Jeffrey Van Horn. Their family pet, Ziggaro, a five pound chihuahua, was also present in full tuxedo and served as "best dog."

The bride graduated from Queen Anne's County High School in 1995 and received an associate's degree of science in allied health
from Chesapeake College in 1999. She plans to continue her education at Salisbury University, where she is in her senior year. Jessicah is proudly employed at the family business, Airport Self Storage, in Salisbury.

The groom graduated from Old Mill High School in 2003. Last year, he graduated from the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy in Salisbury. He is now a Correctional Officer II at Eastern Correctional Institute in Westover, Md.
