The E-edition of the Cape Gazette is offered by subscription. The complete newspaper is available in a quickly downloadable, easily searched format. Our E-edition is published at noon on Tuesdays and Fridays, following publication of the printed paper.
Your first visit is complimentary, but you must create an account. The second time you login, you will be redirected to a subscription sign-up page.
After you login using your full email address, you will need to wait for the right hand side of the e-edition to load before all functions perform properly. The most recent paper will appear on the left side. Scroll your mouse over a story, ad or picture and it will turn yellow. Click on it to see a larger version to the right. Look for the buttons on the right to make the text bigger or smaller. The blue search button up top is for recent editions. To search the archive, click the archive button and do a search there. Use the dropdown menus on the left to navigate by section or page number.
