Room at Cedar Grove live music shows continue May 4
Continuing to support live music, the Room at Cedar Grove has a great lineup of shows for May.
Each event includes a dinner or brunch, with beverages available for purchase at the full bar. Proceeds benefit Paul Kares, a nonprofit organization that supports aspiring musicians and culinary artists.
Rock and soul band Sweet Leda will return at 6: 30 p.m., Saturday, May 4. Tickets are $45.
The May jazz brunch series will start at 11 a.m., Sunday, May 12, with 5th Avenue. Tickets are $35 and include the brunch buffet.
As part of the songwriter series, Sol Knopf, Don Henry and Craig Bickhardt will perform at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 15. Tickets are $45.
The jazz brunch series continues at 11 a.m., Sunday, May 19, with the Dale Melton Trio, which mixes New Orleans funk with soulful New York jazz. Tickets are $40.
Bryan Clark will perform favorites from the Great American Songbook at 6:30 p.m., Friday, May 24, joined by percussionist Alan Dale. Tickets are $55.
Erin Dickins of Manhattan Transfer fame will take the stage at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, May 26. Special guests include Ed Shockley, Cody Munzert and Paul Cullen. Tickets are $50.
The Jamie McLean Band will be back to rock the room at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 30. Tickets are $45.
