Whitney/Christopher percussion and organ concert set June 8

The Saint Cecilia Music Guild of Saint Peter’s Church in Lewes will conclude its 2024-25 season with a concert by Johnathan Whitney and David Christopher at 4 p.m., Sunday, June 8, at the church on Second Street in downtown Lewes. Doors open at 3:30 p.m.

Co-sponsored by the Friends of Cooch’s Bridge Historic Site in Newark the program will feature Johnathan Whitney on percussion and David Christopher on organ. The dynamic performance will include Whitney’s original composition, “Cooch’s Bridge: The Battle,” featuring pipe organ and percussion. 

Admission is free to all Saint Cecilia Guild concerts at St. Peter’s. Seating is first come, first served — there are no tickets required.
