John Zacharias joins Patterson-Schwartz Bethany as sales associate
Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate announced that John Zacharias has joined the Bethany Beach office as a sales associate licensed in Delaware.
Zacharias, an Ocean View resident, grew up in Lewes, and earned his bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and his master's from Wilmington University.
As the son and apprentice of a general contractor, Zacharias has a background in the residential and commercial building industry. A former swimming coach and junior lifeguard instructor, he is a Relay for Life participant and member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
