Learn how to make wheel-thrown pottery
at the Rehoboth Art League starting May 19

Art students from intermediate to advanced will have an opportunity to experiment with two forms of art as the Rehoboth Art League offers Watercolor Plus: Watercolor and Collage from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 13, 14 and 15 at the Chambers Studio, 12 Dodds Lane, Rehoboth Beach.

In the class students will experiment with the two forms. They will select a subject and explore different means of expression, stressing composition, shapes, edges and color.
Anne Klinefelter, who received her diploma from the Maryland Institute of Art and who studied at the American School of Art, Architecture and Music in Fontainbleau, France, will teach the class. Having exhibited and participated in many regional shows, Klinefelter is the recipient of numerous awards.

Cost for the class is $160 members/$175 nonmembers. A supply list is available upon request. The class is open to students aged 16 to adult.

Contact Education/Outreach Coordinator Julie Skerrett at 302-27-8408 or email to educator@rehobothartleague.org.
