Turner moved to the beach from Wilmington in 1979, and she started her real estate career in 1990. She enjoys working with year-round and vacation rentals.

Eger moved from her home of 35 years in northern Virginia to Lewes in 2005. Originally from Massachusetts, she also lived in the Chicago area and in Connecticut before easing into the slower pace of life in Sussex County.

She has been a licensed agent since 1991 and a licensed broker since 1998; she was awarded her Graduate Realtor Institute status in 1996. Eger is a Master Gardener and has a small garden business. She is a member of the Sussex County Archeaology Society of Delaware and a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church vestry.
