Police searching for suspect
in Milton home invasion
Victims at home in Shipbuilder’s Village

Milton police are investigating an incident in which two teenagers are said to have entered a Milton home and demanded money from the people inside.

At about 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17, Milton police said two teenagers forced their way into an occupied Shipbuilder’s Village home. According to a Milton Police Department news release, the taller of the two brandished a gun, demanding money and jewelry. One of the people in the residence grabbed a baseball bat and struck the taller suspect several times in the chest and back, police said. Both suspects fled from the residence before police arrived.

The teenagers were described as about 16 and 19 years old, black, wearing dark clothing and black, hooded sweatshirts. Police said they also wore blue bandanas, covering their noses and mouths. The taller suspect was described as about 5-feet, 9-inches tall and of average weight. The other suspect was described as roughly 5 feet tall and also of average weight. Police said the taller suspect may have bruising or other injuries to his back and chest.
