Senior Center offers variety of activities
The Cape Henlopen Senior Center at 11 Christian St., Rehoboth Beach, has several upcoming and ongoing events and programs.

Dr. Desiree Steimel, chiropractor, will discuss the latest technology in chiropractic, called the Proadjuster, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Monday, Nov. 16.

This is a treatment performed while the patient is sitting in an upright position and does not involve any turning or sudden movements. There is no charge for this presentation, but reservations are a must.

A trip to “A Holiday Tradition” at the American Music Theatre is planned for Thursday, Nov. 19. The bus will depart Kmart parking lot at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will be at Bird in Hand restaurant followed by the show. Early reservations are recommended.

The center will host Penny Bingo from noon to 3 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 18. Participants may bring lunch or buy it at the center from 11 to 11:30 a.m.

Total fitness classes are held from 9 to 10 a.m., Wednesdays at the senior center for members only.

No Impact Body Fitness classes are for the over 55 group. The fee is $5 per class.
