Hosted by Delaware State University, the event will be held on the university campus located at 1200 N. DuPont Highway (Route 13) on the north side of Dover. This will be the festival’s ninth visit to Dover.

Nancy H. Wagner, executive director of community relations, Office of Institutional Advancement at Delaware State University, and a former Delaware state representative, will chair the annual salute to Delmarva’s chicken industry.
