Local freelance photographer Judy G. Rolfe will provide training in a Digital Photography Workshop from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, March 27, at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, 37 Baltimore Ave. in Rehoboth Beach.
This hands-on workshop is designed to help photographers at all levels but with an emphasis on how to use the camera to make great images.
The aim is to send students home knowing how to use their digital camera and with some tips as to how to make - not take - great pictures.
A future class will cover how to get photos transferred to the computer, burned on CD or archived. Photo scavenger hunts and photo safaris are also in the works.
Students should bring a digital camera and its handbook, an empty media card, fully charged batteries and backup batteries, pen and paper, and glasses, if needed, to view a PowerPoint presentation.
