Bradley trial scheduled for February 21, 2011
The trial of accused pedophile Dr. Earl Bradley has been scheduled for Feb. 21, 2011 in Sussex County Superior Court. Jury selection is scheduled for Feb. 14. Presiding over the case will be Judge William Carpenter. Bradley is accused of more than 500 counts of rape and exploitation of 127 children. He is being held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna on $4.7 million cash bond.

Parents of Bradley patients meet monthly
Parents whose children were patients of Dr. Earl Bradley, the pediatrician who stands accused of molesting more than 100 children, meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m., the fourth Thursday of every month in the second-floor conference room at Lewes Public Library. Many parents, regardless of whether Bradley saw their children, have been affected by the investigation. People’s Place Clinical Director Dr. Joseph Zingaro facilitates the free support group. Bradley patient records stored at Beebe
As a result of the ongoing criminal investigation involving Dr. Earl Bradley, all of his patient medical records have been seized and stored at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. The medical center has agreed to take custody of the records until the charges against Dr. Bradley are adjudicated. Parents of children who were patients at the practice may obtain copies only of the records. Beebe Medical Center has agreed to distribute copies of the medical records for free. Any parent needing a copy may call the records department at 302-645-3281. A 48 hour turn around time will be required with most requests.
