CAMP Rehoboth offers Holiday Grief Support Group
For many the holiday season is a time for joy, for those who have recently lost a loved one or are dealing with other types of grief, it can be a difficult season. CAMP Rehoboth has created a group to help incorporate coping mechanisms during this challenging time.
Coping Through the Holidays is a FREE, four-week group that teaches how to better cope with grief and loss during the holidays.
Learn how to honor grief while supporting one’s well-being during the holiday season by participating. The group is facilitated by Harry Hiltner, M.A.M.S. of Bayada Hospice and takes place at CAMP Rehoboth, 37 Baltimore Avenue in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
The group will meet from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on December 26, and January 2, 2020.
