Exciting News! Grass Roots Rescue is Coming to the 4th Annual Rally! We’re thrilled to announce that Grass Roots Rescue (GRR) will be at the 4th Annual Rally for Our First Responders with their adorable, adoptable dogs looking for their forever homes! 
GRR is a foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating in Delaware and Maryland, dedicated to giving second chances to dogs in need. They are the home of the perfectly imperfect, helping pups of all backgrounds find the loving families they deserve.
