Often seen as the first big event of the season, the Great Delaware Kite Festival is happening this Friday within the beautiful confines of Cape Henlopen State Park.

This festival has been a stalwart of the spring season for more than a half-century and is always a great time for the entire family. And for the last several years, an Easter Egg Hunt has become a welcome addition to the long-time event.
