The Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is Delaware’s only hospital dedicated to the care and treatment of children suffering acute illness and traumatic injury. As one of the nation’s leading centers for pediatric care, duPont Hospital for Children treats all children, regardless of a family’s ability to pay for care. Because of its unique geography, duPont Hospital for Children is not able to participate or receive support from the Children’s Miracle Network.
Everyday, the financial commitment that is made to provide care is extraordinary. That is why the hospital is asking the community for help.
Eagle 97.7 is proud to announce that we are partnering with Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children to help kids from across Delaware. This September, Eagle 97.7 will host the Second Annual “Help our Kids” Radiothon, presented by Schell Brothers. There will be many ways for the community to participate in this effort to help our littlest heroes - children battling catastrophic illnesses or injuries.
