I'm Josh

Born and raised on a farm in rural Ohio, I always loved being outside exploring the woods and waters that surrounded me. As a young I moved to Chicago which I called home for the past 24 years until moving to Delaware in 2024. 

Josh Feeney Photography spawned from a love of photographing wildlife, landscapes, and adoptable animals from local rescue organizations where I strive to "change the perception of shelter animals through photography". My photos grew in popularity on social media, clients began requesting bookings, and Josh Feeney Photography was born. I specialize in photographing families, couples, pets, treat-catching, weddings, engagements, headshots, kids, & sports. I have a very wide range of experience from working with multiple professional athletes, NFL games, families, kids, dogs, weddings, engagements, headshots, & events.

I am the guy who is a true kid at heart, I am the one down on the ground with both dogs and kids getting the best photos. I am not shy, and I am very fun to work with.

I truly believe that the best photos are captured naturally (photojournalistic style) although oftentimes staged photos are great as well, & sessions are never rushed.

I strive to provide my clients with the highest degree of satisfaction, starting with a consultation to discuss your needs, location, clothing, lay of the land for the day, and delivering high-quality, digital photos. I am fun to work with, I love to display my creativity with people and pets alike by incorporating natural elements into photo sessions, and the Eastern Shore of Delaware provides a perfect backdrop to do just that.
