Procino-Wells & Woodland, LLC is a Delaware estate planning and elder law firm with offices in Lewes in Seaford. We help families create Wills and Powers of Attorney; utilize Trusts for probate avoidance; shelter assets from the costs of long-term care; apply for Medicaid and VA long-term care benefits; preserve benefits for persons with special needs; and administer their loves ones’ estates. Our narrow focus on this one area of the law includes helping families seek adult guardianship when a Power of Attorney is insufficient or doesn’t exist.

Our team is led by Michele Procino-Wells, Esq. and Amber B.
