Aggressive driving is getting worse

September 13, 2024

I’ve been driving for 60 years and have driven hundreds of thousands of miles. My wife and I drove from Lewes to New York last weekend and the aggressive drivers were having a field day. It gets worse every year. I noticed a general absence of police on the interstates and turnpikes, so there is little consequence for aggressive driving. I have friends who have served as patrol officers who tell me they are reluctant to pull over an aggressive driver over concern for their safety.  The defund the police movement will not end well.
