Alice Arkinson, loving mother

Alice (Siemplinski) Arkinson passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024. She was born June, 1, 1952 in Wilmington, daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Truszkowski) Siemplinski. 

Alice attended St. Hedwig’s Elementary School followed by Wilmington High School.

She started her employment at Electric Hose & Rubber. Alice ended her career with the State of Delaware Outreach Community Center program, taking time off in between to raise her family.

Alice will be missed by her loving daughter, Amy (James) Humphreys of Virginia Beach, Va.; her son, Hugh (Mary) Arkinson of Newark; her grandchildren, Kourtney, Nicholas and Alexander; sisters, Maryann (Adam) Wolanski of Rehoboth Beach, Debbie (Jack) Waterman of Maine, and Rosemary (Mark) Alex of Maine; and her niece and nephews, Katrina and Matthew Wolanski, and Tim and Nicholas Waterman.
