Ashley Furniture HomeStore to bring dozens of jobs to Millsboro
Ashley Furniture HomeStore, the No. 1 national furniture retailer locally owned and operated by Barnes Furniture Inc., is expanding from Delmar and is opening a second location in Millsboro. This expansion will bring dozens of new retail jobs to the Sussex County area.
Construction is well underway at 26955 Dickerson Road, Millsboro, and the new location is expected to open this fall. Ashley Furniture HomeStore Millsboro will be joining Lowe’s, PetSmart, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Chick-fil-A, and many others in Peninsula Crossing, the premier shopping destination of Millsboro and its surrounding communities.

Applications for employment are now being accepted for training at the Delmar location in preparation for the new store. As construction progress, details will be announced regarding the grand opening of Ashley Furniture HomeStore Millsboro.
