Atlantic Sands and Breakers name Courtney Savage COO
The Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center, along with The Breakers Hotel & Suites, announced Courtney Savage is now chief operating officer.
In this role, Savage will work closely with Gene Lankford, owner and CEO. She will focus on operationS excellence, resource management and hospitality growth. Savage will also oversee the proposed building of the Atlantic Crowne, a 55-room luxury hotel to be located on Baltimore Avenue in Rehoboth Beach.

A Cape Henlopen High School graduate, Savage earned her bachelor of science degree in finance with a minor in accounting from Goldey-Beacom College. Afterward, she worked at JP Morgan Chase on the federal funds market, aiding in global recovery. When she moved back to the Cape Region, she handled various management roles within both properties prior to accepting this new position.
She and her husband Carlton are parents to three children, Aubrey, Beckett and Kennedy.
