Atlantic Transportation Services adds mega party bus

Atlantic Transportation Services recently purchased its first 32-passenger mega party bus, which brings Atlantic’s fleet of sedans, limousines, SUVs, vans, shuttle buses and party buses to 13 vehicles.

“Over the last two years, Atlantic Transportation Services has added two 21-passenger shuttle buses, a 17-passenger limo bus and a 12-passenger Mercedes Sprinter, among several other new vehicles. Yet we kept getting requests for a larger bus that would accommodate at least 30 and have a bathroom. The addition of the Big Daddy Boss was a natural progression for us,” said Chip Thompson of Atlantic Transportation Services.

Nicknamed the Big Daddy Boss due to its imposing presence on the roadways, the all-black new 2015 model year Ford 650 was custom-built by Tiffany Motorcoach in California. The inaugural outing for the mega party bus involved picking up 30 Schell Brothers employees after their successful night at the Regal Awards. “We had an absolute blast on there,” said an enthusiastic Wes Fruehauf of Schell Brothers.

The bus fits up to 32 passengers comfortably, has a bathroom, bar area, dance floor, four flat-screen TVs and a sound system fit for a nightclub. The demand for the party bus in the resort towns is strong. “The response has been tremendous since people saw the first photos on Facebook.
