Following an extensive renovation, the Atlantic View Hotel will reopen this summer, bringing a new level of small-scale luxury to Dewey Beach.
"This renovation represents a complete reimagining of what a boutique oceanfront hotel can be," said Brett Falls, general manager of the Atlantic View Hotel. "We've carefully curated every element, from design to amenities, to create an experience that feels both effortless and refined, inviting yet exclusive."
Originally built in 1978, the Atlantic View Hotel has been a beloved retreat for decades. The property now boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic with thoughtfully designed guest rooms. Elevated outdoor spaces include a redesigned pool area and a fourth-floor deck with sweeping ocean views.
