The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum on Sept. 8 unveiled the first bobblehead featuring University of Delaware mascot Baby Blue. The officially licensed, limited-edition bobblehead is being released in conjunction with the start of the 2023-24 school year.
Earlier this year, on National Bobblehead Day, Jan. 7, the organization released a bobblehead featuring YoUDee, who is Baby Blue’s older sibling.
Both bobbleheads can be ordered online at tinyurl.com/4ek3tvs5.
Each bobblehead is individually numbered to only 2,023. The Baby Blue bobbleheads are $30 and the YoUDee bobbleheads are $35 each, plus an $8 flat-rate shipping charge per order.
"We’re excited to be releasing the first bobblehead featuring Baby Blue,” said National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar. “We know how passionate Delaware fans are about their school and bobbleheads, which showed when we released the bobblehead of YoUDee earlier this year, so we expect this bobblehead of YouDee’s younger sibling to be very popular as well.”
The officially licensed bobbleheads were produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum.
The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, located at 170 S. First. St. in Milwaukee, Wis., opened to the public Feb. 1, 2019.
