Jacob Bolno, 17, in the Sunfish fleet, is among the youngest sailors to ever win the Lewes Yacht Club July 4 Breakwater Race. He is the son of Anne and Paul Bolno.
Veteran sailor Connie Miller takes second place in the July 4 race. She also finished second in racing on July 3.
