Barbara Dashiell Flinn Quillen, longtime resident of New Castle and Lewes, passed away peacefully Friday, July 7, 2023, after a slow decline in her health.
A memorial service for Barbara will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 22, at New Castle Presbyterian Church, 25 E. Second St., New Castle.
