Beebe holds ribbon cutting at new Milton Health Center

August 19, 2024

Beebe Healthcare held a ribbon cutting Aug. 13 for its new Milton Health Center that opened Aug. 5 at the Jerry Ann McLamb Medical Pavilion on Route 16.

The facility offers primary care, walk-in care, and lab and imaging services. The physical rehabilitation suite will open in September.

The health center is part of the Jerry Ann McLamb Medical Pavilion. McLamb graduated from Beebe’s School of Nursing and worked as a nurse for 50 years. Much of that time was dedicated to Beebe, her community and her hometown of Milton. During her time at Beebe, McLamb worked in various departments including surgery, home health and population health. She also contributed to various advisory boards.

Beebe Primary Care Milton providers Maria Haldar, MD, FACP, and Diamond M. Micielli, APRN, FNP-C, welcomed their patients to the brand-new facility. Their office, formerly known as Beebe Internal Medicine Milton, moved from its previous location on Mulberry Street. It shares the first floor with the walk-in care center.

Beebe Walk-In Care Milton is the healthcare system’s fifth walk-in care center and first in the Milton area. Walk-in care is open daily, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Providers at this location care for patients with common ailments that do not require emergency attention. Telemedicine is also available.

Beebe offers state-of-the-art imaging technology at the new facility, along with multiple other locations. For X-rays only, walk-ins are always welcome. All other imaging tests require an appointment. At the new Milton location, X-ray, 3D mammography, bone-density scans and ultrasound services are available. Next-day 3D mammography is also available.

Beebe Lab Express Milton services are offered from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed for a blood draw or EKG; appointments are available but not required.

Beebe Physical Rehabilitation Services includes outpatient care in the areas of physical therapy and occupational therapy. Physical therapists will start seeing patients at this location in early September.
