Bethany Beach concerts kick off June 1

Acoustic rock guitarist Rob Benson will kick off the Bethany Beach Concert Series at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, June 1, at the Bethany Beach Bandstand on the boardwalk.

No longer just a summer series, shows will continue weekly through October.

This year’s Fourth of July parade and fireworks will take place Tuesday, July 4, with entertainment by the popular dance band Mike Hines and The Look. 

Summer movies will be shown at at dusk each Monday, starting June 5 and continuing through Aug. 21, on the beach off Garfield Parkway.

All shows are free and sponsored by the Town of Bethany Beach.
