Bette A. Forster, 82, of Lewes passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milton.
Bette was born, raised and lived most of her life in Miami, Fla. She was a graduate of Miami Edison High School and attended Florida State University.
Bette began her career as a flight attendant. After the birth of her son, Harry, she worked for the State of Florida Racing Commission. Later she was proud to join the team at Bertram Yachts from which she retired in 1991. Bette then followed her passion to become a massage therapist and worked at Palm Aire Resort in Pompano Beach, Fla., for the next 15 years. She moved to Lewes in 2006.
Bette is fondly remembered by her nieces, Cindy and Linda Hall, her dear friends from Florida, as well as new friends from the Lewes Senior Center.
