Blue Moon presents comedy pioneer Sampson McCormick Aug. 29

The Blue Moon will present an uplifting evening of laughter with Sampson McCormick at 9:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 29, at 35 Baltimore Ave, Rehoboth Beach.

Known for his ability to mix the silly with the serious in a thought-provoking but lighthearted way, McCormick’s guaranteed hilarious shows take on cancel culture and political correctness, homophobia, sociopolitical issues and current news.

An Oscar-nominated comedian and filmmaker, McCormick has made significant contributions in pioneering the black queer voice on comedy stages for more than 20 years.
