Bramble & Brine reopens for season with ribbon cutting

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce celebrated the reopening of Bramble & Brine with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Bramble & Brine reopened Feb. 11 for the 2016 season after a brief break during which Chef Joseph Churchman and staff reimagined their evolving global menu.

Bramble & Brine underwent a major interior redesign in spring 2015. The restaurant showcases a diverse selection of culinary considerations, offered in a comfortable space, with a cozy bar area and dining for 50. In addition to the regular Friday wine specials, Bramble will introduce a three-course prix fixe menu on Thursdays and Sundays in 2016.

Bramble & Brine is at 315 Rehoboth Ave. in downtown Rehoboth Beach. It is currently open for dinner at 5:30 p.m., Thursday through Sunday and will be expanding hours as the summer season approaches. Walk-ins are welcome. To make reservations, call 302-227-7702 or go to brambleandbrine.com.
