Bricker's Famous French Fries opens in Rehoboth

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Bricker’s Famous French Fries July 19, to celebrate its successful opening.

Based out of York, Pa., the Bricker's Famous French Fries food concession business main objective has been to serve top quality food products for the last 45 years. They take exceptional pride in providing quality food, as well as professional service. Their equipment and food preparation practices demonstrate their commitment to high quality cleanliness, appearance and overall customer appeal.

In York, Bricker’s operates over 40 mobile food trailers that travel to hundreds of events each year. In addition to serving one-day and weekend events, Bricker's provides food service on an annual basis for the York Expo Center, Giant Center, Hershey Park, Hershey Park Arena, Hershey Stadium, York Revolution Baseball Stadium, Carlisle Fairgrounds and now Rehoboth Beach.

Expanding the business to the beach has been a dream of owner, Donald Bricker’s for many years. They are ecstatic to test out new territory and believe their products will be loved by Rehoboth residents and vacationers.

Bricker’s Famous French Fries specializes in fresh potatoes straight from the farmer’s field. Their famous fresh cut French fries are fried in no trans fat and 100 percent soybean oil. In addition to French fries, Bricker’s chicken strips are fried in soybean oil as well. Their Rehoboth location also offers Slush Puppies, Coke products, souvenir cup and mugs.
