Cadbury at Home to operate under Springpoint Choice name
Springpoint Senior Living announced the launch of Springpoint Choice, a continuing care at home membership program for healthy adults, ages 55 and older, who want to maintain their independence at home with a plan for future long-term care.
Also known as continuing care without walls, the CCaH concept was first developed in the 1980s and is now being offered by leading senior living providers throughout the country. Designed for older adults who want to stay in their home, CCaH programs also provide arrangements for long-term care at a senior living community if their needs should change in the future.
Springpoint Choice membership includes a full spectrum of senior care solutions including home care services, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
In 2017, Springpoint affiliated with Cadbury Senior Lifestyles at Home, a well-established CCaH program that has been successfully operating in Lewes and Cherry Hill, N.J. With the launch of Springpoint Choice, Cadbury at Home will become part of the new program and will operate under the Springpoint Choice name. Current members will receive the additional benefit of having access to services and programs offered at all eight Springpoint Senior Living affiliate communities in New Jersey and Delaware.
Springpoint Choice personal care navigators help members access senior care solutions if and when their healthcare needs change. Membership also includes a direct connection to the activities, wellness programs and other amenities offered across all eight Springpoint Senior Living continuing care retirement communities.

Springpoint Choice is in the process of establishing an office in Plainsboro, N.J., to serve seniors in the central New Jersey area. Springpoint Choice will continue to maintain offices in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and Lewes.
