Cape Gazette visits Santa Barbara's Bicentennial Friendship Fountain

Cape Gazette readers Errol and Chris Gambler of Lewes recently visited their son, Chris and his wife Annie in Carpinteria, California. While checking out all the great things in nearby Santa Barbara, they couldn't resist sharing their favorite newspaper with the dolphins at Stearns Wharf. Legend claims that the dolphin is cousin to Santa Barbara's early Chumash Indians and signifies good luck.
