Cape schools hold retirement, recognition reception

The Cape Henlopen School District held a retirement and recognition reception at Baywood Greens Clubhouse May 10.
Principals from all of the Cape Henlopen schools announced the retirees from their respective schools and spoke of the qualities of the retiring teachers.
The teachers of the year from all of the Cape schools were also recognized, along with the announcement of the district teacher of the year, Kristen Mitchell.
