The Cape Henlopen swim teams both moved to 5-1 with wins over Sussex Central and Milford Jan. 11 at the Sussex Academy Aquatic Center in Georgetown.
The Cape girls defeated the Golden Knights 49-40 and the Bucs squad 67-22. Central defeated Milford 50-37.
The Vikings boys’ team downed Central 70-23 and the Bucs 81-12. Central defeated Milford 49-30.
