Carl M. Freeman Companies selects Beazer Homes to build in Bayside

Carl M. Freeman Companies announced the selection of national homebuilder Beazer Homes to build their coastal-style townhomes in Bayside's newest neighborhood, Harbor Crest. Harbor Crest is a serene, tranquil and relaxing setting within Bayside that is a short distance to nature trails, biking, kayaking and SUP at the point on Assawoman Bay.

Beazer Homes will be building four-story townhomes, all with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and decks on every level. All townhomes will have open floor plans, large master suites and 2-car carports. Optional elevators will serve all floors. Homes will have panoramic views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and the bay, and some homes will even have skyline views of Ocean City, Md.
