Castrol Premium Lube Express holds groundbreaking ceremony

Castrol Premium Lube Express held a groundbreaking ceremony Feb. 9 in Millsboro to mark the construction of the first of several expected Castrol Premium Lube Express facilities in Delaware.  Representatives from area businesses as well as elected officials attended the event.
