Chef Paul Cullen brings Tuscany to Sussex County
Anyone who’s ever wanted to host an in-home dining experience with chef-musician Paul Cullen but lacks space now has a chance to participate.
Cullen will prepare a five-course meal Saturday, May 6, at The Room at Cedar Grove near Lewes.
Ticket-holders just need to show up and sit at the chef’s table for a memorable spring evening.
“We specialize in Italian cuisine, and on May 6, we’ll turn Sussex County into ‘Susscany,’” said Cullen, who regularly serves as a tour guide for trips to Tuscany, Italy.
Cullen, a sommelier and Italian wine importer, will select the perfect accompaniment for each course.
Tickets are $115 per person, and proceeds benefit Paul Kares, a charity founded by Cullen and Jim Rivette to support young musicians and aspiring culinary professionals.
To reserve seats, go to paulkaresde.org. Tickets are nonrefundable and do not include gratuity.
