August 28, 2024

Second Street Players announced its fall mystery thriller, Agatha Christie’s “And Then There Were None,” will be presented by director Mike Amory from Friday to Sunday, Sept. 6 to 8, and Sept. 13 to 15, at the Riverfront Theater, 2 South Walnut St., Milford.

Set outside Devon, England, in the early 1940s, the story begins when 10 strangers are summoned to a remote island. All that the guests have in common is a wicked past they're unwilling to reveal and a secret that will seal their fate. Each has been marked for murder. As the weather turns and the group is cut off from the mainland, the bloodbath begins, and one by one they are brutally murdered in accordance with the lines of a sinister nursery rhyme. With plot twists, suspense and intrigue from beginning to end, audience members will be challenged to determine who is behind the murders.

Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7 p.m. and Sunday shows begin at 2 p.m. Seats are $22 with a $1 discount available to seniors, students and theater members. To purchase tickets, go to secondstreetplayers.com.
