Coastal Georgetown AAUW to meet Oct. 28

Coastal Georgetown AAUW will meet at 11 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 28, via Zoom.

The featured speaker will be Jacqueline M. Sterbach, president and founder of What is Your Voice Inc., which provides Sussex County with fully trained and skilled domestic violence peer-support advocates. As a survivor of domestic abuse and a recovery leader, she founded this public nonprofit to help stop the cycle of domestic, family and teen dating violence against women and children. Sterbach’s long resume includes advocacy work in hospitals and courts, on hotlines and in shelters.
