Columbiettes to host day of reflection April 5

The Msgr. Francis Desmond Columbiettes of St. Jude The Apostle Parish will host a day of reflection from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 5, in the parish life center at 152 Tulip Drive, Lewes. The theme will be He is Alive – Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity.

Guest speaker Kathleen McCarthy is a published author, international Catholic lay evangelist and president of In His Sign Catholic Radio Network. Through her gift of storytelling and prayer, McCarthy shares the fire of Jesus’ eucharistic heart and the message of God’s merciful love.

The Columbiettes are a group of like-minded Catholic women who foster sisterhood, service and spirituality among members. They work to protect religious, civil and economic rights of all people, and strive to aid all members of the human family. They also work to assist brother Knights of Columbus with their endeavors.
