Community Bank promotes Steve Onuschak to vice president
Community Bank Delaware recently announced the promotion of Steve Onuschak to vice president.
Onuschak joined Community Bank Delaware in 2017. He is responsible for establishing new relationships and maintaining existing ones with local business owners.
Onuschak has been working within the financial services field for 22 years and also owned a Sussex County business for six years. This experience gives him a unique perspective on the day-to-day challenges of owning one’s own business and how to assist business owners in navigating through the commercial borrowing process.
“Steve is dedicated in getting to know our customer’s business and creating solutions for their financial needs. Steve has the necessary traits and qualities that make him an effective part of our team and is well deserving of his promotion to vice president,” said Jack Riddle, Community Bank Delaware president.
Onuschak attended the Pennsylvania State University and then joined the United States Air Force. He was stationed in multiple overseas locations including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Greece.
Onuschak’s role is to manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients in eastern Sussex County.
“I am excited about the building of our new location in Long Neck/Millsboro where I can be closer to the customers we serve,” said Onuschak.
Onuschak lives in Millsboro with his two children, Peter and Brooke. He is a member of the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus.
