Concert for the Kids to raise funds for young musicians April 12
The 5th Annual Concert for the Kids will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., Sunday, April 12, at the Lighthouse Cove Event Center in Dewey Beach.
The concert and live auction will benefit Paul Kares, a nonprofit that supports young performing and culinary artists.
The fundraiser will feature live music from the Cape High School Jazz Band, Sweet Leda, and Bad River, a musical mashup featuring Paul Cullen, who toured with Bad Company, and Tony Sciuto, who performed with Little River Band.
“The multigenerational lineup at Concert for the Kids reflects the nonprofit’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of performers and culinary professionals,” said Jim Rivette, who founded Paul Kares with musician-chef Paul Cullen.
